Shipping
- Every item is printed to order. Production takes 2–4 business days before it ships.
- Standard delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch (US).
- Free standard shipping on orders over $50.
- International shipping available — rates shown at checkout.
- Add a phone number at checkout. Couriers need one for express delivery and use it when they can't find an address. Orders without one get delayed or downgraded.
Need to change size, colour or design?
Email mewtee@mewtee.com as soon as possible. While your order is still waiting to go into production we can change the size, the colour, or swap the design entirely — free, no questions. That window is usually the first day or two after ordering.
Once printing starts, the shirt physically exists in that size and colour and can't be changed. There's no stock to swap it with.
What the 30-day guarantee covers
Email us within 30 days of delivery with photos and we'll print and ship a replacement free. You keep the original — no return needed. This covers:
- Items that arrive damaged or faulty
- Prints that are misaligned, faded, cracked or otherwise wrong
- The wrong item, size or colour compared to what you ordered
- Garment failure in normal wear — holes, seam failure, print peeling
What it doesn't cover
We're a print-on-demand shop. Every shirt is made for one specific order, so a returned item can't be restocked or resold — it has no second life. We don't accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Deciding you don't like the design, the print size, or the exact shade of a colour once it arrives
- Changing your mind after the order has been printed
- Damage from hot washing, high-heat drying, bleach, or general wear and tear
The photos on every listing show the actual print at the actual scale in the actual colour. Please look at them before ordering, and check the size guide.
Lost or undelivered parcels
If tracking says delivered but nothing arrived, or the parcel stops moving, tell us within 30 days of the delivery date. After that our fulfilment partner won't investigate and we can't do anything.
Delivery addresses are the customer's responsibility. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we'll reship it, but the reshipping cost is charged to you.
Refunds
Where a refund is agreed it goes back to your original payment method and takes 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
